Homeopathic HCG

Well as of Friday I have officially lost 31 lbs! I know not many people read my blog and I know that I don't blog very often but I am proud of myself and kind of wanted to say it out loud, so to speak. I started the Homeopathic HCG diet on November 29, 2011 and have now done 2 rounds and gone through the maintenance. I have not been at this weight for about 7 or 8 years. I feel great! I still have another 25-30 lbs I would like to loose but I am happy with the progress so far. Thanks for reading this and letting me say it out loud:)

Holy wow! You look great Amanda! I heard about the HCG and wondered if you had tried it. Looks like it's working great for you! Wonderful news.

Thanks Melissa:) I was sceptical but it worked and I am happy I did it. It really helped with the problem areas(belly and legs for me). I still have some to loose in order to not be overweight but medical standards but I am truly happy with the progress I have made. I just realized yesterday if you hold out til the 15th Zoey and Eddie will share a birthday and its Nick and my anniversary:)

Wow, Amanda, you look super!!!!

I looked that diet up and that takes some super willpower!!! Great job!

If I weren't a diabetic or nursing (pumping) I'd try it!

Is there a maintenance plan now that you've lost?

Thanks Jamie:) and yes it is called phase 3 and you pretty much start adding more protein and good fats and then test the waters with additional food to see which ones your body can metabolize and which ones cause you to gain. I lived on taco and fajita style salads, apples, and more salads. I really got creative with my peppers and tomatoes. I love apples, tomatoes and salad so it really wasn't horrible but cooking for the rest of the family was a little challanging a few times. any I don't know about the diabetic part but I agree with the breast feeding part. I talked to my homeopath before I started just to be safe.
